Each Workshop Includes:
1. Needs Assessment Call: An opportunity for you to talk with the Idea Champions presenter and our Director of Online Training to discuss the learning needs of your group. To receive maximum value from the call, please review the brief descriptions of the workshops we offer. During the call, we will explore which of our offerings best fit your needs and if any customization is required.
2. Letter of Engagement: Assuming your interest, we will email you a Letter of Engagement detailing deliverables and fees within 48 hours of the needs assessment call.
3. Online Survey: Three weeks prior to the web workshop, we will send you a link to an online survey that you, in turn, will forward to the participants. The survey is specific to the content of workshop and is designed to provide you with new insights into how participants view the topic at hand.
4. Pre-Workshop Prep Sheet: One week before the workshop, we will send you a one-pager to forward to your group. This document will set the context for the session and introduce participants to the presenter. It will also include 3 – 5 thought-provoking questions to further prepare everyone for the session.
5. 60-Minute Web Workshop: Our online sessions are interactive learning experiences. They are not your typical one-way, lecture-style webinar. The size of your group determines the depth and style of interaction. In groups of 30 or less, people will participate by asking questions and sharing topic-related business anecdotes. In larger groups, participants chat in responses and answer spontaneous, in-session poll questions.
6. Post-Session Support: After a workshop, participants receive the following:
a. An online survey to share their feedback with us
b. An Action Plan to help them apply the content and tools of the session
c. Links to online articles from our blog that are relevant to the topic
d. A six-month subscription to Free the Genie, our online brainstorming tool.
